Conscious Pursuits® is about integrating spirituality and work.

We build spiritual and emotional intelligence and create values-driven workplaces through our consulting, coaching and training services. Based on many years of human resources and management experience, our consulting and coaching services support organizations in assessing core cultural issues such as values, principles and spiritual and emotional intelligence. From our coaching and classes individuals learn how to increase clarity about what matters, handle difficult, stressful situations productively, and develop and apply their spiritual and emotional intelligence skills.

We believe that humans are happier and more productive when they are able to achieve financial success WHILE being ethical, authentic, and performing a valuable service to their customers. As our basic physical, emotional and mental needs are met, we hunger to bring “the rest of ourselves” to work. For most people “the rest of ourselves” can be translated to “Spirit.” And bringing Spirit to work is good business.
