Conscious Pursuits, Inc. is based in Houston, Texas. It was founded in April of 2000 by Cindy Wigglesworth, our President. The company was founded on the belief that optimal personal productivity and organizational performance are achieved when individuals are able to integrate spirituality and work. We believe in measuring our efforts using measures that matter to you – and we will be able to prove our value to your bottom line.

Our primary consulting client for 2001-2002 has been The Methodist Hospital, a top 100 Hospital in US News and World Report. The Methodist Hospital network employs 9,000 employees with multiple hospital locations in the greater Houston area. As a result of our assistance in helping them create a “spiritual environment of caring” The Methodist Hospital achieved a huge reduction in nursing vacancy rates (lowest in the Texas Medical Center), the highest patient satisfaction scores in their history, and a very positive improvement in scores on two types of employee surveys. They also received a 2002 Willis Harman Award for Spirit at Work – an international award recognizing companies for exemplary work in integrating spirituality into the workplace.
